Proud Kiwi New Zealander of Samoan heritage. Born in Samoa and raised in Aotearoa, shaped by a rich blend of cultures — strong Samoan roots and Chinese and English ancestry shaping who I am today.

As I step into 50, I walk in a purpose-driven life — grounded in faith, growth, and healing. My journey in mental health since 2011 has taught me that there is strength in surrender, power in sharing my truth and vulnerability, and freedom in asking for help.

I am passionate about uplifting our Pasifika communities — breaking stigma and societal stereotypes, restoring wellbeing, and reminding our fafine/tama'ita'i (wāhine) and families of their true strength, identity, purpose, value and God-given worth.

Healing is possible. Transformation is real. And our stories matter.
